Happy Friday from Mrs. Mudd's Class!
Hand-eye coordination, small motor control, and teamwork were front and center this morning while building with cups and creating with legos...
Just a couple of artists, hard at work!
We loved "who is missing?" so much last week...we brought it back! We wrapped up morning meeting with a super fun game that improved our recalling skills! One friend hid in the bathroom while another friend was covered up with a blanket. The friend that was in the bathroom had to try and figure out who was missing. This is tough to do with this number of friends, but we did GREAT! And...what was possibly even harder? The friends sitting around the carpet had to use all the self regulation they had to not tell who was hiding under the blanket!
I can't believe it's our last guest reader of the 2023-2024 school year! We were all ears as Callahan's mom shared 2 books with us. A big THANK YOU to all that were able to join us on a Friday to read a book or two...
Wow...it was a sweaty morning on the preschool playground...
On this final free choice Friday, we cooled off for a bit inside and enjoyed some cold water...then, right back out we went. Not only were we working our large motor skills, we are also practicing our social skills as we learn to work and play with friends!
For Jesus Time today we watched a short video telling the story of Saul becoming Paul, to eventually to be one of the biggest missionaries of all time!
Have a wonderful weekend...
