Happy Friday from preschool!
Writing and drawing skills at work while painting with water colors!
One last friend completed our "J" is for Jesus patterning!
Candy construction is a great way to improve that hand-eye coordination (and perseverance)!
Hard at work at the start of trying to use EVERY cup in the tower!
Why not use a bowl as a hat...if you want a hat and don't have one...problem solved!
We then finished up morning meeting with Wiggle Worm...he is back!!! Today he brought with him uppercase letters on snowflakes. If wiggle worm was picked from the bag...everybody WIGGLE, then stop! Having to stop is tough, but it helps us learn self regulation!
If a letter is picked, that friend told everyone the letter name and the letter sound!
Mrs. Oswald, Half Day Preschool Teacher, read us the best rhyming books...about dust bunnies!
Brrrr...it was cold! But, we needed to move and the fresh air kept us moving...
It was a perfect day for free choice Friday! Check out just a few of our choices...
Then...large motor time #2 was time to listen, use self awareness, and follow directions as we danced to Christmas freeze dance songs on the smart board!
During Jesus time today we watched a short God's Story video...retelling the "Whole Christmas Story"!
Have a great weekend!
