And...just like that it's October!
One quick reminder...
There is NO School this Wednesday, 10/5 - Friday, 10/7 for teachers to attend the LEA Convocation in Milwaukee, WI
Here we go...
We are LOVING magnatiles...squares and triangles of different sizes with magnets inside each edge! Not only are we improving knowledge of 2D shapes, we get to create up and or out to learn about 3D shapes! Understanding and recognizing shapes is an early math skill!
Preschool post is coming right along and open for business!
Check out our mailboxes!
Our September pie graph was filled in! We noticed new colors, orange and black, that weren't on the August graph! We decided we had a windy day in September that we had "zero or none" of in August. We also noticed that we had a couple of cloudy days in September. Comparing more, less, and the same are early math skills!
Miss Taylor from the Kisker Road library visited Zion today! We, along with Mrs. Lohman's class, enjoyed listening as she read two books all about fall!
With a little chill in the air and the warm sun shining...it was a GREAT day to be outside!
WIth a very short two days of school, we enjoyed another round of free choice time. Perfect for improving our social emotional skills...
Our bodies are getting stronger everyday...some that struggled with getting our bikes moving are becoming pros!
Whoa...balancing is hard work!
For Jesus Time today we read "God Loves You". A wonderful reminder that everything God does is because of His love for us!
