 Hard to believe it's our last Tuesday of Preschool 2020 - 2021!!!

Our final reminders for the year...

There is NO HOT LUNCH program this Thursday (5/27). If your child attends on Thursdays, he/she MUST bring a cold lunch with a drink the last day of school.

The last day of school for preschool is this Thursday, May 27.

On to our day...

Dramatic play is a fun way to practice language and social skills with friends!

We were quite excited to see legos still out and began building, building, building!

Oliver and Grayson worked together to build this super fun road, it even had a bridge!

These friends improved their writing and drawing skills as they painted with watercolors one last time...

We read a special book...giving a glimpse into kindergarten...for our friends that have just about finished his/her preschool "career"!

Then...off to the preschool playground for another morning of sunshine!

And...a special surprise treat...POPSICLES!!!

The last week of school gives our friends another chance to play and explore as they choose...

Then...our parking lot playground was turned into a bit of a racetrack...

and...an art gallery!

During Jesus Time today, Timothy (puppet) came to visit, telling us all about how his mother and grandmother taught him about Jesus.  They taught him that Jesus was his Savior.  That one day He would take him and everyone who believes in Him to heaven to live with Him forever!  We talked about who from home teaches us about Jesus...mom, dad, grandma, grandpa, and even a brother or sister!

 Welcome to our last week of Preschool 2020 - 2021!!!

Our final reminders for the year...

Here we go...

These friends improved their writing and drawing skills as they painted with watercolors one last time...

We were quite excited to see legos still out and began building, building, building!

Ellie found a fun way to give a piggie back ride!

Grayson built an awesome truck and asked Mara and Ellie if they'd like a ride around!

Then...surprise again...Mrs. Haun hosted another bubble dance party for each class!!!

Today she also brought sidewalk chalk, and paintbrushes (with water) to "paint" the Sonshine center!

 Then...straight to the preschool playground!

Another chance to visit with Mrs. Rouland's class ducks...

Bev (yellow/crested) and Charlie (dark/mallard) sure are cute and fun to watch!

The last week of school gives our friends another chance to play and explore as they choose...

And...of course we were all smiles when getting a turn in the kinetic sand! Kinetic sand is designed to improve fine motor development, sensory development, and cognitive development.  It forms just like wet sand, but give it a little tap and it "melts" right in front of your eyes! 

During Jesus Time today a very excited Zippy arrived!  He was so excited about somewhere he was going! After many guesses he just had to tell us...Sunday School!  You get to sing really fun songs with motions.  You get to color pictures about the Bible story.  You get snacks...he loves the snacks!  Then, he saved the BEST for last, his favorite part is learning all about Jesus.
